2. Alberta data are not available for 2006/2007. Alberta data for family cases at the superior court level (which would include all divorce cases) are available for the final 6 months of 2007/2008 only.
3. Divorce cases in British Columbia may be under-represented since the family matter is unknown in 10% of all family cases.
4. Northwest Territories data on ongoing cases are not available for 2006/2007 due to information system limitations.
